Our Retail Outlets are the perfect combination of 'Brick and Click', emerging as the largest network of taking BFSI to the door step of the common man.

Retail Outlets serve the objective of presenting a plethora of products and services – BFSI and and Business-to-Customer services – more affordably, reliably & efficiently. With Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) becoming Franchisees for these Outlets, they will cater to the needs of poor for direct cash disbursement, recharge coupons, insurance policies, home entertainment services, among others, through a well-planned logistics infrastructure. They will also be responsible for simultaneously delivering luxury items to the society's affluent section, such as automobiles and high-end consumables.

Retail Outlets also enable the Central and State Governments to deliver a range of Government-to-Citizen services. Select G2C services available at these outlets are: UID enrolment, NREGS data of field work, NRHMS, Bharat Nirmanbased service, emerging as the largest single systems integrator player for key government projects.

Retail Outlets will operate as two-way channel delivering goods and services through outside-in and inside-out models. Outside-in model will include government services, subsidies, direct cash payments, consumer durables, tickets for railway, buses, flights, PDS, school books, food coupons, farm equipment and supplies. Inside-out model will be responsible for delivering rural produce to urban markets, delivering ATL and BTL campaigns across the regions, conducting product testing, tourism and awareness campaigns, among others.
